the Garden In A Glass cocktail

'Tis the season of outdoor drinking! Celebrate the extra hours of daylight with our refreshing cocktail, Garden in a Glass! It's the perfect drink to enjoy with friends on sunny city roof decks or in shady suburban backyards.

Garden in a Glass

• 1.5 oz Vodka (we prefer Tito's)
• 2 Slices of Cucumber
• 0.5 oz Fresh Carrot Juice *
• 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 0.75 oz Simple Syrup (1:1)
• 3 oz Sparkling Water

Muddle cucumber slices in shaker tin.

Add vodka, carrot juice, lemon juice and simple syrup.

Fill shaker tin 3/4 full with cubed ice.

Shake for approximately 4 seconds.

Strain over fresh ice in a tall glass.

Top with sparkling water and garnish with a cucumber slice.

*The ideal way to juice a carrot is with an electric juicer. If you don't have your own machine, the fastest and easiest way is to just visit your local juice shop!
