What exactly do we do? We get that question a lot. We take care of your bar front to back: the menu, the glassware, the fresh ingredients, the ice, all of it executed by passionate professional bartenders. We have the bar covered.

Weddings

Weddings are where we do our best work. We build a bespoke menu around the two of you. Did you meet over a shared obsession with the Ivy Gimlet? Do you hold Sazerac competitions in the kitchen every Sunday? All of that goes into your bar. This is your celebration. We'll take care of the drinks.

We chat.
You tell us about the night you're picturing and what you and your guests love to drink.

We design.
We take your vision and create a one of a kind cocktail menu for your group. We show you what we came up with, keep what you love, and adjust what you don't until it's your perfect menu.

We get to work.
Once you approve the menu, we head to the lab. Every syrup and juice made fresh in house, the ice, the bar, the glassware, the bartenders, every piece of it done at a high level so the night feels a little like magic. All you bring is the alcohol.
